The Power of our Minds

The other day is one of my unusual days where I wasn't able to control my thoughts. I have come to practice controlling negative thoughts and switching it to positive ones..And true enough, my feelings and emotions got to me when I had an argument with my husband..And so, negative thoughts, negative feelings, result to negative outcome, a bad day, a bad relationship...That same day i went to a bookstore and i thought to myself, i have to do something so i stop my mind from thinking these negative thoughts about our fight..I have read the book 'The Secret' a few years ago, and it helped me a lot..In my business, in my relationships, my whole being..And so i picked up Rhonda's new book 'The Power'..I got a couple of copies to share to my friends too..That night after dinner, i started reading it and i couldn't put it down, i read it cover to cover in one sitting! My feelings became lighter, my face brighter, i have a smile on my face and i remember happy times, just happy times! So i texted my husband and apologized for my sarcasm and the words i said he didn't like. Just one good thought, everything changed! I was able to sleep early, woke up with so much energy and went on with my day feeling good, seeing only the good! It is an amazing feeling! I have an amazing life!!!

I am so grateful for my children, my husband, our parents, our siblings, our friends, people we work with, our yayas, our drivers, our clients, everybody in our lives! I thank Rhonda for sharing what she knows, and i will share the same to others :-)

My birthday Thank Yous!

Today I wrote to my staff on how grateful I am to have them working with me to achieve what we want to achieve as a company. Those late nights at work, taking clients out to see Manila..are only a few things they do for the company. I am thankful for all the hard work, smart work, commitment, honesty, loyalty and friendship they have shown for the past years. They never failed to make me feel special..They never failed to thank me for what I show as an example.. And therefore, I will not fail in helping them become better individuals at work and wherever they are. I will continue to share my knowledge, thoughts, experiences, love and passion for the things I do.. It's such a wonderful thing to know i am able to influence people in a good way. It's an amazing feeling!!!
